Michael Roman
Former Chief Executive Officer of 3M Company
Michael Roman joined 3M Company, a diversified technology and manufacturing company, in 1988 where he served in a variety of roles, most recently as its chief executive officer from July 2018 until his retirement in May 2024.
Since April 2021, Mr. Roman has served as a member of the board of directors of Abbott Laboratories. Mr. Roman served as chairman of the board of directors of 3M Company from May 2019 to May 2024 and then as its executive chairman from May 2024 to March 2025.
